With admissions season in full swing, we're here to help. The Harvard Crimson's 2020 College Essay Boot Camp (CEB) will take place from November 1 to November 24. There will be 4 one-hour classes followed by 4 two-hour writing workshops on Nov. 1, 8, 15, & 22. In addition, participants will attend 4 one-on-one mentorship meetings with writers from The Crimson's magazine, Fifteen Minutes, who specialize in writing personal narratives.

 

Students who participate in CEB will learn how to write not only a personal statement, but also the many different types of supplemental essays that colleges ask for. CEB allows for students anywhere in the writing process to create finished and polished essays ready for submission by the Nov. 30 application deadline. Whether you're already halfway done, or haven't started writing, by the end of November, CEB will have your essays in top shape for the school of your dreams.

Due to circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, CEB 2020 will be held entirely via Zoom.
